Rates, transit times, and carbon footprint metrics displayed in the Freight Rate Calculator are purely indicative estimates (calibrated against Drewry WCI, Freightos FBX, Xeneta, and IATA TAC benchmarks) and do not constitute a binding contractual offer. No commercial transactions are completed directly through this website. The purchase and execution of shipping services remain subject to a separate, formal quotation and contractual agreement.
3. Contract Formation (Singapore Electronic Transactions Act - ETA Compliance)

- Nature of Voluntary Contributions (Donate Module): Contributions made via our Donate portal are voluntary, non-commercial contributions dedicated to supporting ocean plastic removal, seafarer welfare, and ESG logistics research. They do not constitute an order or purchase of goods or services.
- Tax-Deductibility Disclosure: Unless specifically processed through an authorized Institution of a Public Character (IPC) partner, voluntary contributions made on this website are not tax-deductible under Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations.
